A-VCD Dryer

Many liquids not suitable for drying on the regular CD dryer can now be treated using the Advanced Vacuum CD Dryer, thanks to the addition of an extremely air-tight casing, and new disks developed for low or high temperature drying.

Designed to Meet Your Needs:
  • Solvent Recovery
    Reducing the atmospheric pressure within the air-tight casing makes the recovery of solvents with high boiling points (up to 200℃) possible.
  • Low-temperature Drying
    Drying under reduced atmospheric pressure, at temperatures as low as 60℃, can prevent the thermal denaturation of sensitive liquids.
  • Drying in an Oxygen-free Environment
    Oxygen-free drying can be achieved by the injection of nitrogen or similar inert gas.
  • Heating Medium Options are Available
    The A-VCD Dryer can be designed to use not only steam, but heat transfer oil or hot water as its source for disk heating.
